Orcale EOM not showing all SIP messages
Hello,
We have a EOM 6.1 installed, which receives SIP messages from several SBC's.
We notice that for a large number of calls, not all SIP messages are displayed.
When we take a network trace on the EOM, we can see that all SIP messages are being received. However, when we review the call in the EOM web interface, SIP messages are often missing, such as BYE, ACK, etc.
I would like to know how I can further investigate this issue and, hopefully, resolve it.
