Resign From Employment

in HCM - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

We wanted to change the label "Resignation Date" to "Termination Date" on the Resign from Employment page. In the search results on the page, only one row is appearing with the Resignation Date field. However, when we perform a Replace Strings (R) search in history, it shows a count of 4. How can we identify the other 3 places where this change has been applied?
