Wrong SR classification between "Review Update" and "Customer Working"
Is it just me or recently many SR end up being in "Review Update" status when instead they should be in "Customer Working"?
I've recently observed that in this new MOS the section "These SR need you attention" is frequently empty in my case, but if I go and check the "Oracle is working on these SR for you" I can always find a number of SR which are in "Review Update" status, but if I go check inside each SR, I can see that there is an Oracle response sitting there waiting for a feedback from my side. Shouldn't these SR be classified as "Customer Working" and show up in the "These SR need you attention" tab instead?
