Can we Invoke python API In Oracle APEX Standalone APP without using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC) Question

Hi Developers,

I Created a python code to perform Oracle EBS Sales order oprations like Create, get and some other operations, I can't able to use the REST API's Like ISG and ORDS to invoke using REST data sources because of VPN.
Is there any other way I Can able to perform this task?
