Question on RTF template?

in Design Tools & Output Technologies - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

I've an existing RTF template where it has 2sections with different headers (one for PO details and other one for BU's Terms and conditions). This existing RTF template being used for previous BU's and I need to add current BU requirement in the same template. For my current BU, there is no terms and conditions available. So, the output pdf generates the PO details in section 1 and blank page in section 2. I'm not able to ignore the section 2 because the section break is a MS word Inbuilt Option.
