FDPCLS failed due to ORA-01012: not logged on

in Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are on R12.2.6 and many of our programs are failing with below error in our Development environment:

ORACLE error 1012 in FDPCLS

Cause: FDPCLS failed due to ORA-01012: not logged on.

Here are the programs-

  1. Snapshot Monitor (this program is launched by MRP — Launch MRP Supply Chain Planning Processes)
  2. Consume Forecast Set
  3. Initialize cycle count items
  4. Program - Financial Statement Generator

Anyone else faced this error? Strangely this error occurs in our Development environment only. The Production and Test environments are absolutely fine. We cloned the DEV from PROD 2 times but the error still remains. Even tried rebuilding the entire DEV environment from scratch but in vain. We have raised Service requests with Oracle Support but their response is not encouraging despite of providing them numerous debug logs. Appreciate any feedback on this.
