TLS Alert: Level: Fatal Descriptio: unknown CA
Hello,
Starting today we see that TLS session with Microsoft Teams are failing.
I see in the network traces that the SBC sends a Alert to Miscrosoft (Level: Fatal, Description: Unknown CA).
Sometimes calls are working, sometimes not. If I'm missing a CA certificate, how can I determine which one?
I checked our certificate records: every root certificate which is required by Microsoft is installed on our SBC (from list ).
I enabled SIP debug, but I don't see handshake errors, I only see them coming into service and then out of service every minute, for example:
