Faster Oracle EBS Instance Cloning Options for Severity 1 Issues

The current EBS instance cloning process takes approximately 55 hours to complete.

In the event of a Severity 1 production issue, this overall duration delays our ability to reproduce the issue in the development environment and perform timely analysis.

Could you please advise if there is any approach or process available to perform the instance cloning faster during critical situations? Alternatively, is there any way to replicate only the affected production issue or data to the test instance instead of performing a full instance clone?

Are there any other Oracle-supported options available, such as OCI Storage Snapshots, Oracle GoldenGate Replication, Incremental backup or any other approach that could help reduce the refresh time?
