Hello, Kindly note that questions should be posted as a discussion thread and not as a document.

Regarding the issue, please note that schedule Ship date is the date planned for shipping an item. While scheduling, availability of the component is checked and this is always current date or future date. Based on theavailability, schedule ship date is populated. System will not be able to check the availability in past and the schedule ship date will always be sysdate or a future date.

    Hope this clarifies

    Thanks

    Krishna Mohan

     Hi,

It is not possible to schedule the sales order to a date in the past.

However, if your concern is to ship it backdated, it can be done. just leave the schedule ship date as current date, and change the actual ship date when you are ship confirming your delivery.

     Hi,

we can change the Schedule shipdate to less than Sys date using this process

    1.       If Profile option OM: Authorized to override ATP is set to Yes then  we need to check the Check box "Override ATP" in the sales order Line   to Y (select the check box) this option will be available in the shipping tab

if you are unable to see this Check box , you need to show the feild from folder option

then it will allow us to enter back dated schedule ship date in the sales order.
