Inter-Org Transfer

Hi,
When the item would be transferer from source organization to destinition organization, destinition inventory would be debitted and source inventory would be creditted. Similar accounting would happen for receivable account for the shipping organization and payables account for the receiving organization.
If you provide same account for both the receivable account & payables account then the balance would be 0 except not. Please let me know your concern.
Thanks
