I have moved your document to the EBS installation community as it fits better the nature of your document.. You might want to log a thread instead of a documents as it seems that you need help solving a problem, while documents are kowledge management exchange ways, i.e, you use documents to explain/share a step by step process that you followed and was helpful to you in using the product.
