How can have single stockitem with two unitcosts

    The key question is whether they are really the same item. How is the cost determined - standard costing, or the actual cost of repair? If users have to clearly distinguish/choose which one to select then I would be thinking different items, but if they don't then it starts to come down to costing method - why not weighted average?
