Hi,
Currently, Purchasing does not allow encumbrance and consignment to be active at the same time (they are mutually exclusive in the same Operating Unit).
As per Note 263076.1 Ext/Pub Cannot Enable Encumbrance When Consigned From Supplier Enabled Entries Exist:
This is standard behaviour. When either VMI or Consignment is enabled for an Operating Unit Encumbrance cannot be turned on.
For this issue, enhancement request 3213586 has been logged.

However we do not have encumbrance accounting enable, and the end user said that at material transactions form, there is a new field called comsumption advise, and he is wondering why the "consumption advise" is not selectable and what do we have to do in order to enable it.
