It is possible to enter financial plan in Oracle Projects Management (FP-M on R11i, or R12) using multi currencies.

You couuld enter several plan lines, one for each currency, representing the currecny you are planing to use as transaction currency for that project.

For example, the project cost budget include a financial resource called  TRAVELS , and you can plan amounts for that resource in various currencies.
