    We're looking into it now.

    Also...

    The documents section of the Community is for articles/scripts/solutions in order to share knowledge or content in the community.
    Please post your issue/question in the Discussions area of the Using My Oracle Support Community where you will get a better response.
    I will leave this up until February 15 and delete it after that.
