first let me get to some housekeeping: next time, or if you need furrther input on this, please raise a 'new discussion' instead of a 'new document' so that other community members can respond and track this. Also, you raised this topic in the Install Base community. Install Base is actually a module of Ebusiness Suite to track the lifecycle of items and assets internally and for customers. This community is not intended to address any issues in Oracle's Installed Base (which would be you). We are aware of the potentially misleading name but not sure what to do about it. If you have any suggestion how to avoid this confusion, feel free to share. Your question in this case had been better raised in an AOL / ATG community.
