Hi,
You need to have X display server or VNC product on the local server .The DISPLAY variable needs to point to a Host Name / IP address where an active X Sever process resides, preferably on the same E-Business Suite server where the concurrent manager reside or an external server or PC; otherwise, bitmap request processing will encounter a REP-3000 error message."Setting the DISPLAY to a valid X Window session is a REQUIREMENT and has always been a requirement. It is NOT a bug. It provides a fundamental capability that Reports requires for font metrics and rasterization, image manipulation and conversion, etc."Note 1: From the Oracle Applications point of view, there is very little that needs to be done: set and export the DISPLAY environment variable in the appropriate file(s) and bounce the corresponding Apps servers. If problems are encountered with configuring or starting an X display server, window manager, or VNC product, please contact the third party vendor for assistance on testing and/or setting up the specific third party product in use.Refer Note 364838.1Hope this answers! Thanks
