This document was a great tool.  However, we have found that the Best Price discounting does not work if your pricing request uses a pricing formula.  We use pricing formulas to account for the UOM considerations.  When comparing best price, it does not consider these calucations.  For example:

Item A, sold in lbs. has a price of $1.00 per lb.

Itemb B, sold in bags (50 lbs per bag), has a price of $25.00 per bag.

Our pricing formula analyzes the price of each at the similar UOM, which would say:

Item A = $1.00/lb and Item B = $0.50/lb.  Item B is the better price, but the Best Price functionality in Advanced Pricing considers Item A to be the best price, because it does not consider the UOM consideration based in the pricing formula.
