     Hi,

    One option would be go for Transaction consolidation. This would transfer journals from source set of books to target set of books. The profile option "

    GL Consolidation: Preserve Journal Batching" would help preserving similar journal information like batch name, header name and Journal category.

    This process would be easy as currency, calendar and COA are the same.

    Other alternative would be to consolidate source books data into excel and then upload using ADI/Web ADI to target books.
