Hi Doug,
You opened this as a "Document". This does not allow for discussion/communication. A "Document" is used to share documents with community members, not to discuss issues. We would kindly request you to please open a "Discussion" to ask your questions.
To answer your query, please note that for the pricing engine to do an extended search across all price lists in the system, the User Search Flag on the pricing phase - List Line Base Price for all the associated Pricing Events under this phase needs to be consistently set to Yes. You can do
this by setting the User Search Flag to Yes. This is explained in detail in the QP Implementation Manual
Navigate to Pricing>>Setup>>Event Phases>>Look for List Line Base price for level - Line and ensure that the User Search Flag is set to Yes.
Also kindly note that if you have multiple price lists, you would need to set different values of precedence for these so that there are no incompatibility issues which can occur if multiple price lists have same precedence
Thanks, Krishna

Hi Doug,
Agree with Krishna, it is quite annoying when we see a question when we come here for a document on a topic of interest.
