is their any way to find which modules is deployed in JDE 8.12 tool 8.98

You have posted your query on Documents section. For better visibility, I suggest you raise this query on Discussions section.
I guess by "modules" you referring to Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc. You are free to configure each existing (obtained via default installation) module based on the business requirements. You don't have to deploy them individually.
As a CNC guy, I don't think there exists any application or report that would tell what modules are configured for use. You may have to consult your Functional consultants to see what modules are currently in use.
