    this is a very nice available feature in 11.5.10.2. many companies are not using it because some of them allocate ovr heads at very high level to business most of them leave it like that. these some companies have the +ve edge.

    what might be hindering for the companies to move toward PCM could be the pre-requisite products the implementation of PCM will warrant.

    a million dollar question comes up. Any other products like CRM or IB is needed to move toward PCM?
