    Juergen was kind enough to explain why these non cluster patches are included:

    142261-01 SunOS 5.10: rpc.mdcommd patch

    144622-01 SunOS 5.10: metaclust patch

    These two patches are for Solaris Cluster Multiowner diskset. If you do not use Solaris Cluster Multiowner diskset then these patches are not necessary.

    123893-25 SunOS sparc: Common Agent Container (cacao) runtime upgrade patch

    This patch is for cacao. The Solaris Cluster Manager GUI is using the cacao interface. Therefore this patch is necessary if you use the Solaris Cluster Manager GUI.
