Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. If you are posting to GL in detail , why use SLA for solution ?

You should be able to use Payables functionality - pay Groups , or distribution set to provide the correct Segment 5 distribution account

Just Enable Offset accounting in Payable Options.
