    Hi,
    When we use 'Ask a question'  the asked question is lost, not able to trace that one or any response for the same.  Please suggest.

    You can also use Maintenance Wizard via Note 215527.1 - Maintenance Wizard Overview


    There is an upgrade guide which will be your master document. However apply the latest product patches once you upgrade to 12.1.3
