How to View Both : Technical & Non Technical Service Requests (SRs) in My Oracle Support (MOS) ? [ID

     You should add the screens here as well.

    To toggle between “technical” and “non-technical” SRs in MOS, please do the following:
    1) Click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the Service Requests widget.
    2) Select the radio button for “non-technical” SRs.
    3) Save .
    4) To include closed SRs click the check box for “Include Hard Closed”.

    Alternatively, you can add a second “Service Requests ” widget to see all "non-technical" SRs within the same view:

    1) Click “Customize Page” link in the upper right corner of the page you are viewing.
    2) Drag and drop “Service Requests” widget on to the page.
    5) Click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the Service Requests widget .
    6) Select the radio button for “non-technical” SRs .
    3) Save .
    4) To include closed SRs click the check box for “Include Hard Closed”.
