Run the registry (REGEDIT) Locate: HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Software --> Oracle --> Toolkit -->TKBrowser
Option 1: If the above registry key exists:
1.1 Back up the registry.
1.2 Delete the TKBrowser key. (from the left side of regedit)
1.3 Re-run the Forms builder
1.4 Select Help--> Forms on OTN
1.5 Select a browser when prompted.
Carefully check that the browser directory is correct, using browse button.
Option 2:
2.1 Manually correct (or add) the keys for TKBrowser
It should have 3 keys under the TKBrowser folder, Example for IE would be:
(Default) --- REG_SZ--- (value not set)
BrowserName --- REG_SZ--- Internet Explorer
BrowserPath --- REG_SZ --- c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer \IEXPLORE.EXE
Let me know if this worked.
The following is based on the IE browser.
Thanks,
Anand
