    thanks the solution on how to enable the addin (ucm ribbon). But is there anyone who know why office disables the add-in? Probably this is not a question for this forum as the issue is a MS issue.

    There is a 3rd party article that touches on this topic.  Using the information in the referenced note (below), users have been able to resolve this issue. Please see: - http://www.ardamis.com/2010/02/26/fixing-word-2007-add-in-issues/
