error message: There are existent components that are disabled for maintenance install

This error message indicates that you have not downloaded all the needed parts for the upgrade of your products.
To find the list of parts required to upgrade different EPM products review Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System (11.1.2.3.0) Media Pack readme. The readme is available on Oracle Software Delivery Cloud, on the page containing download links to all 11.1.2.3 EPM parts.

for installTool-install-stder and installTool-install-stdout
But I could not available to locate these folders.
Can it be placed somewhere else too?

Not sure why those folders are not there...perhaps it did not get to that part of the install. Are you upgrading the existing instance of 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.3 or installing 11.1.2.3 to a new location? If upgrading the existing instance, then you would apply a maintenance release and not do an upgrade. It is best you work with your support analyst for the SR you opened. They will be able to do a webex and see your system, and see the exact files you downloaded to make sure everything is there. It is diffiicult to try to help you without that capability.

ValerieThanks Valerie. We are upgrading 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.3 in existing server and I am applying maintenance release.
I am working with Oracle SR people too.
