    To upload a file to a thread, edit one of your posts, there is an Upload File dialog as part of the editor.

    Attach file is only when you start a discussion not available when you want to reply with a file sample.... All I see is @ Mention

    Create a post.

    Edit the the specific posting (under actions).

    The dialog is there.
