  • This is a very informative and useful webcast. Had a question on this deck - How can a Third Party Technician carry out debrief and update tasks. Should this be done through supplier contact resources or can TPO resources can also do this? I guess this was planned in the agenda, but was not covered due to paucity of time. Any suggests would be useful. Thanks

    Abhishek,

It all depends on what you/your client wants to do, or more specifically it will be driven by the level of access given to the Third Party Technicians.

As outlined in the slide deck, it is possible to define these technicians so that they are able to use the FS Technician Portal, which means they have some device which accesses the intranet.

Alternatively, if the Third Party Technicians are "kept at arms length", and there is no need to maintain details of which individual performed the task, there is no need to give access to the system, and the task debriefing can be performed by a supplier contact resource.

    Regards

    Jon
