HI,

I used oracle 11gr2 (11.2.0.4), I think this general and w3e can use it almost versions where rman utility available

It looked like 11g, but wanted to be sure. Great stuff! Thank you

It could be even simplier in 12c, because you have new command RECOVER … FROM SERVICE.
