You've uploaded this as a document, if would be better to create this as a 'discussion' that you can mark as a 'question'.  You are able to upload screenshots etc. to a 'discussion' thread.

Are you concerned about detecting the 'agent down' scenario, if so, please select the 'agent' target type in Incident Manager.  Note that EM can discern between 'agent down' and 'host down'.
