    Check-In button is disabled since the asset is already in checked-in status. We have to check-out it, to get it enabled.

    The Asset TBOX) 0000001 is in checked out status and the check-in button is still (Disabled).

    Ok, If so & and if there is no personalization, then log a SR for this.

    This section is for posting any useful documents rather than posting issues or questions. Can you please post as a question instead of a document? Also, please post screenshot of the asset definition to confirm that asset is checked out and still check in is disabled. If you have logged an SR , may be the issue is being addressed by Oracle already and please let us know when you get resolution.
