    Hi Brian,

    During grid installation , i am unable to get that what i am doing wrong in installation or network configuration that causing the appearance of same instance in both nodes as +ASM1?

    There are Multiple configuration issues in your environment, You might have to perform remove/add node for the failed server and rectify DNS issues for scan etc..

    You can Open a ticket with the support for further help.
