Morning
Our brain gets relieved from stress/thoughts after a good night sleep. If our brain is free from the all these, a person can utilize the most, think intuitively and understand/focus on any work both personal or official. For students, it will make them easily understand the logic of a particular subject which is quite complex.

Since last 3 years its early morning 7am to 9am...finish all quality work and then rest of the day, fun-work-fun
Prior it was night...best as no manager on head, no disturbance, get a maggi, put the keyboard on lap and start upgrade...trust me..mind run much faster and better
