I am trying to install 193000 oracle client on oracle el9uek. x86-64 system. I am getting the following error:

[INS-08101] Unexpected error while executing the action at state. 'clientSupportedOSCheck'

Please help me and clarify whether 193000 is certified on el9uek. x86-64 system ?
