Downloading Oracle Database and Oracle Grid 19c for Production environment, from where?

Hi,

I want to download Oracle Grid/Database 19c for Prod env.

I'll patch from oracle support site

But can I get context for these questions.

1)

What is the difference between these two links? It seems like a redundancy because they provide the same software.

2)

Where do DBAs get base database and grid install packages for Oracle 19c?

I could have sworn it was in https://support.oracle.com/

I have a customer support number, and proper credentials, etc.
