We are trying to setup de development environment for v16.0.5 following the indications on Xstore_POS_and_Xstore_Office_160_-_Development_Environment_Setup.pdf file.

One of the steps mention:

Download Xstore Suite Artifacts from My Oracle Support or OSDCSeveral steps will be required to prepare your projects for development of Xstore Suite applications. The following section will describe and walk through those needs.You will need to download the project template package from the Oracle software delivery website. The template projects require you to prepare them for development in which the following steps will help you prepare and personalize the template for a particular retailers development needs
