adding different sized disks to an existing disk group (normal redundancy) on an Oracle 19c cluster
I am trying to add 2 new DATA disks to my existing DATA Disk Group with normal redundancy, but the 2 new I'm trying to add at 4.5TB instead of the existing 2 that are 4TB each. I am getting the following error: [DBT-30003] The size of the disks selected is not the same as to allow for an equal number of 8MB AU size blocks
I was able to create a new disk group with those 2, which means the disks (that are mounted from an external storage) have no problem themselves.
any ideas?
