Clone Siebel Server into another VM in IP 23 version

We have an existing Siebel environment (version 23.9) running one VM. Our infrastructure team will the clone the full environment to another VM having different IP and hostname.
Can you let me know what are the siebel files that need to change to bring the second VM up.

So, instead of full installation in second VM, we are planning to clone and do the hostname and necessary changes.
