Changing Default Start and End Times on Student Self Service Weekly Class Schedule

We received a request to change the default start and end times on the student self service weekly class schedule. I found Doc ID 2305359.1, which indicates the default start and end times are hard coded on the DERIVED_CLASS_S table. Is this still the only place to set those defaults?

We are on CS 9.2, PUM 35.
