Contact Information for RE Record when the R8907865 Generates

Hello

Can someone tell me where does the contact information for the RE record pull from when the R8907865 W2 EFW2 file generation is run? I believe the RA record contact information, pulls from the Address Book Record of the company and the information entered in the processing options. Where does the RE contact name and contact email pull from?
