Two Invites with the same Call-ID

Hi Team,

I have an issue with my integration with Google GTP because it recieves two invites for the same Call-ID, majorty of calls will be accepted by Google but some times Google GTP send decline 603 and the call will be termanated,
Google team they said there is no define process why some calls are accepted and some not since all calls comes with two invites having the same call-id

Google team asks if there is away to stop retransmission invite to eliminate the second invite and receive only one invite from SBC side.

any thoughts will be appreciated.
