Hello Community.

I faced a problem of interoperability between two operators: in call scenario with multiple holds / unholds sent from remote SA a local Media Gateway (MGW) stops transcoding RTP packets and sends silent stream to the remote side. As usually, remote SA refuses to modify the IVR menu on the called side and local MGW is in the end of its life cycle, so nobody will fix it.
