Payroll Support Line... FANTASTIC
Our payroll is run through Perquest and every now and then we encounter an issue that we cannot intuitively fix. Perquest does not have a manual and the documentation in the Netsuite Help section is very limited. The protocol to get answers regarding Perquest payroll issues is to funnel it through a dedicated customer service line (Netsuite) that will provide support specifically regarding Perquest payroll. I have had to call on several occasions and each and every time the wait time was minimal and the issue was resolved. Today I had an issue (of our own making I might add
