New PS Implementation Issue
In the Customer Center there is an option to create a New PS Implementation Issue. I can choose a Netsuite resource to escalate to, a defect, a case, and a bunch of other data.
What is this used for? Thinking of using it to escalate all my issues up to Senior Management since customer support can't seem to answer or solve them.
