Order Requisitions Not Firing User Event

I have a user event that is attached to purchase order's. When a purchase order is created, it needs to fill in some stuff. However, when I do bulk creation of a purchase order via many purchase requisitions, it doesn't fire the script. Is there a work around for this at all?
