Fufillment Emails
Once a sales order is fulfilled within the system, I need for it to automatically send an email with tracking to an email address other than the default email set up under the customer account.
The issue that I am running into is that we have the customer's main contact email ie. the Sales Associate as the default and I need an email sent to the Inventory Manager instead. I cant find a way to add multiple emails or send a "Fulfillment Email" to an email address other than the default.
Hope this makes sense! Any help is greatly appreciated!
