How to create a page with a button that triggers sending result of a saved search?

Hi, we have some sales orders which one of our teams work on. Once they are done completing the edits in the orders for the week, they need an ability go to the html page and click on a button ("Send Upload file") which should send an email to some specific recipients and attach the csv of the saved search results in that email. The search is a transaction saved search (sub-type: sales order)
Is there any way we can achieve this without scripting? And maybe there is a easier way to achieve the triggering of the email by the user somehow?
